According to CEO Sundar Pichai, Google plans to improve its search engine with additional artificial intelligence (AI) features. That will enable the chat feature. To communicate with users in a more informal, human-like manner.

“If anything, the opportunity space is larger than previously,” Pichai told the WSJ.
